I would only use Harold Wood for recalls as the service is so bad. No one called to say the car was ready, when I called I was told they were just about to call me! I waited 30 minutes to collect my car. Then the courtesy car wash hadn't been done!

Brought in the car for deflated tyre, they replaced the tyre, but did not detect that rim was cracked. It caused a lot of unnecessary spending and a lot of negligence was happening.

Well. the sole issue is that I had servicing and MOT and just one/two weeks later I get a notification to change my front brake pads. could have been done when doing the servicing as this is based on milleage. would have saved me yet another trip
