Musa who I dealt with was very nice and very helpful but the car came in because the tyre pressure monitor had failed and it looks like they failed to fix it. I got home from the service and the warning came on again. Overall very happy.

Overall, booking in worked well. Team looking after me and technician didn't know about EMAC plan, which was disappointing (they hadn't checked). Car not washed (due to weather)

I've asked if the booth can be vacuumed too and was told they gonna make a note to do it but not just my booth, the whole car inside was not vacuumed anywhere. Was just washed from outside.

My only issue this time was the waiting time was a bit longer than i had hoped for. I did have a couple of extra items done, however i think i was waiting over 4 hours in the end which is normally advertised at 90 minutes.
