Service was ok, advisor was good but they did a mistake in the workshop. I ask for a top up for my screen wash and Friday when was cold in the morning my system was clogged. I always use bmw genuine screen wash but the workshop probably uses tap wate

Musa who I dealt with was very nice and very helpful but the car came in because the tyre pressure monitor had failed and it looks like they failed to fix it. I got home from the service and the warning came on again. Overall very happy.

When I booked my car in for a service I was quoted a price of £435, on the day the representative told me the price will be £485. No additional work just the service didn't understand why the price went up by £50.
