Very bad service as they took more than a day to do my MOT and they failed the test the next day. Very expensive parts plus they made me wait for more than an hour to deliver my car. I'm definitely not going back there again.

Overall very happy but I do believeI should be given a Courtesy car. There are no Transport links to my home from BMW Harold Wood. Also this was not due to my issue but a BMW recall. I had to get Uber cabs in the meantime.
