The car went in with a seat calibration issue showing on the screen, this was not sorted, the car is still under warantee. My BMW app is still stating multiple services needed. (Tire Service), the car's tires were checked and all road legal.

The staff are pleasant enough but I can't help feeling uncared about. All that seems to be the priority is to sell me stuff I don't need whenever my car is in with BMW

After service I see an orange light on my dashboard , I ignored it for a few days but then when I read about it it means an engine failure. Not sure if this will be covered in the service?

Issues not fixed, have liaised with service on email but they have not called me as promised. I have called 5 times over the last week have been unable to get through to Musa or Hollie (who were dealing with it), not received a callback.

Great service from Robbie Buckle. Enthusiastic and knowledgable. Purchase and trade in done with great transparency. Suprising issue with wrong coloured brake callipers a disappointment.
